Adana Kebap That Is Typical Dish From Turkey

Kebap is typical dish from Turkey. But Turkey has a lot of kebap type. One of them is adana kebab so i am writing about that. Adana kebap is from Adana where is city in Turkey.

Adana kebap is made by ground meat that must be made by knife. It is mixed with tail fat. And chef throws some spice. Then it is skewered for grilling. It is serviced with pide, roasted tomatoes and pepper after it was grilled.

If you love meat you must try this dish also you should eat it with ayran that is traditional Turkish drink.

Actually this dish is more complicated but i explained simpler.

           

HW - Typical dish from Brazil

This is a typical dish of Brazil . The name is Picanha na Chapa . It is made with a typical spicy red meat  of  Brazil with rice, salad and a type of seasoned flour which is called Farofa . I really like this dish and all my friends in London that proved liked too. I believe that everyone should try! :)
